In order to provide a resource for clients on how to leverage Sermo's platform opportunities, we created two Best Practices Guides, containing not only advice but multiple examples and useful cases that might assist multiple teams while creating ad campaigns.

The goal was to create clear, yet effective documents holding valuable information on bite-sized pieces.
